distributes fresh seafood, frozen seafood products, specialty meats, and
gourmet foods. Since its founding, the company’s philosophy has always been

in the Chicagoland area. Always exceeding industry standards, The Seafood
Merchants is credited by many of Chicago’s chefs as always delivering the
finest seafood in the Midwest. In addition to the Chicago area, we also
service Milwaukee several times a week, and weekly shipments to restaurants
and distributors around the country. The reputation for quality results in
calls from chefs around the country, who order for special parties and

and efficiency, from the care he takes in checking a shipment of tuna to the
